Club Med Punta Cana does not disappoint. Enjoyed the lavender cloths upon arrival, gorgeous views, friendly staff and the best yoga with Mr. White.

First time at an all-inclusive. I found the rooms were good, even the non-renovated ones. I'm a big food snob and the dinners were great! I could always find something good for the other meals. The sports facilities were in good shape. For water sports, sailing simple sailboats was included, but everything else required an extra charge. That is the only place where I felt some pressure for upsell. Unlike a cruise, I didn't feel like someone was trying to squeeze more money out at every turn.

We had an unexpected issue with our room shortly after arriving at Club Med Punta Cana, and we were worried it would affect our vacation. We spoke with Rajaa, who immediately listened to our concerns with patience and understanding. She took the time to explain our options, kept us updated throughout the process, and worked hard to find a solution that suited our family. What impressed us most was that she didn’t just solve the problem and walk away—she checked in with us later to make sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our stay.

Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Thanks to Rajaa, what could have been a disappointing start turned into an amazing holiday.

Everything was amazing, and Abdel, the Chief of the Village, you have a great team. We truly appreciated the overall hospitality and the positive energy from everyone at the resort.

Our stay at Club Med Punta Cana was outstanding, and while the resort itself is beautiful, what truly made the difference was the people.

Finally, thank you to Othmane, in charge of sound and visuals. Every show and event ran smoothly thanks to your behind-the-scenes work. It's easy to overlook this role, but the quality of the entertainment is only possible because of professionals like you who make everything look effortless.

What impressed us the most is that each of you made us feel genuinely welcome, not just as guests, but as part of the Club Med family. Because of you, there is no doubt that we will come back with our entire family. Everyone in our group loved you, and you played a huge role in making this vacation truly unforgettable.

We just returned from Club Med Punta Cana. It was our second visit (the first in 2024). They did a great job with the renovation, it brought the whole space together. The addition of the waterpark was great, our kids loved it and we spent a lot of time there! But what made the trip truly special, memorable and magical are the GOs: Arthur, Florian, Mr. Banana, Nelly. They are superstars! Our kids loved them and they still talk about them! I can’t thank them enough for their love, care, kindness and attention to the kids. They just went above and beyond!
Some of the downsides for us were: it definitely felt like they scaled down on things compared to our previous visit. The food was good but not as great as before. There were a couple of times when all of us struggled to find something we actually wanted to eat. We also felt the food for kids was pretty limited (fries, pizza, pasta, nuggets). The parties also felt a little less grand (for example, the white party). If previously it was a huge celebration and they went all out, this time it was kind of underwhelming. The major drawback for us was that the shows did not change much from 2 years ago (exact same Michael Jackson, exact same lion king, exact same magic show, same Dominican show, princess show, etc). We would love, for example, to visit every year but at the same time we don’t want to be watching the same shows.
