Marrakech La Palmeraie Morocco

Mohamed was my first point of contact with ClubMed hospitality and gave me a warm welcome.
Hamza was my receiving staff member; at the reception desk he was also friendly and helpful. I was served tea and dates as I waited for my room to be allocated.
I did find a lot of mosquitoes in my room, I think by default mosquito coils or plugs should be provided I had asked for it and Hamza diligently assisted.
I had quite a blast with Ranchid being my waiter I was a solo traveler, but it was so homily I forgot that I was alone. I went to the rooftop bar and this is where I met Louise and Jean Phillipe and they were so welcoming. The staff made a cake for my birthday!!!

Only challenges was only a few of the staff that I interacted with spoke English. Perhaps the club could assist with training.

We thorough enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly and the rooms, bars and food were immaculate. Loved our roof terrace for relaxing but spent most of our time at the pool and Road bar.

This is a fantastic CLUB MED - It has a great team of GOs , especially Boutaine and Kaled who really looked after us so well, and there's a wonderful atmosphere throughout the Club.
The food was excellent and a wide choice is always available.
The rooms were very clean and ours was nice and quiet.
It is conveniently located only 20 minutes from the centre of Marrakech , with a regular free shuttle.
Tariq is very entertaining GO and Ismail a wonderful Sommelier, and all the Restaurant Staff are very polite and helpful.
A well managed Club, worth a visit if you're a CLUB MED Fan.

We had such a wonderful experience at Club Med Marrakesh, thanks in large part to Mehdi. He was truly outstanding, kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Mehdi went out of his way to accommodate us with the à la carte restaurants, making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and genuine kindness made a big difference in our vacation. We only have good things to say about him. Thank you, Mehdi!

Club Med Marrakech has been my family's go-to summer destination since I was a child, and it continues to make us feel at home. The GO team every year is absolutely fantastic, always there to lend a helping hand or a friendly ear.

As a young adult, making friends my own age is always a challenge, but the GOs (particular 'thank you' to Dija (shop), Margo (Circus team), and Victoria (shop)) were always there for me, whether that be to dance together or to give me advice.

I went to a few fitness activities, but with some physical issues some of the classes had to be adapted to fit my needs. I'm thinking particularly of the Yoga and Réveil Musculaire classes in the morning, where Flore and Marie were both there to push me to my limits with kind words of encouragement.

Another big 'thank you' to Rachid and the restaurant team for being so kind and accommodating to my food intolerance. Unfortunately, as the menu changes so often, it is really difficult to know what meals in the buffet are lactose-free, and when asked, the waiters were never sure. However, when I raised the issue to the team, Rachid was there most meal times to do a tour of the options and let me know what I could and could not eat - a service I never dreamed of getting.

There is so much I could say about the team, but I want to say another 'thank you' to the GE team, who are always there to make sure everything goes smoothly behind the scenes. And to the security team for making me genuinely feel safe enough to keep dancing and go back to my room at 4 am without a second thought - a luxury we aren't often afforded in every day life.

Holidays at Club Med are always unforgettable, from the people to the ambiance, everything is precisely calculated to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be.
