Palmiye Turkey

Having been coming to Palmiye for over 15 years the service level is dropping and the price is escalating, 39% increase in 2 years, 66% since 2021. There are only 3 boats for waterski, there were 4 in the past, there were 15 dinghies for sailing, now only 10, the villago spa was free all day, now they charge after 1pm, table tennis were on wheels so that you could move them to a more sheltered space, now they are fixed and you play against a hurricane, no bought in shows this year, there used to be at least one or two. The food is still excellent and the waiters are very helpful, the bar service is still good and the grounds and reception area are still superb. ClubMed appear to be milking their cash cow to hard and they and they are moving away from the ethos that built a great brand.

I've been going to Club Med Palmiye for many years, and I always enjoyed windsurfing there. This year they've cancelled windsurfing. I was greatly disappointed. I understand this decision was made by Club Med corporate management in France. I urge them to start offering windsurf again at Palmiye.

I had an amazing week in Club Med Palmiye, greeted by the warm welcoming staff upon arrival. I didn’t know anyone but was greeted by Rebecca who introduced me to everyone and was looked after by Rebecca and Eka throughout the duration of my holiday. I would absolutely recommend everyone to go to Club Med Palmiye.

I recently returned from a relaxing week at Club Med Palmiye. It was our first stay at the resort but I hope it will not be our last. I stayed in the hotel and our room was comfortable and our housekeeper was always around in the morning and made sure that our room was cleaned while we were at breakfast. We enjoyed all our meals -especially the White Night and give credit to the kitchen staff who must work such long hours preparing all the various selections at every mealtime.
The entertainment must also be acknowledged -the effort and energy that goes into all the shows and activities is remarkable - I would like to give a special mention to Baris and the animation team - Ciara, Umut, Cous-Cous and SouSou for making our trip so special. Travelling all the way from South Africa we were fortunate to spend time at our meals with Ciara (South African GO) and she gave us lots of ideas of fun things to do in Palmiye. The service at Club Med Palmiye was fantastic and I wish I was still there enjoying myself!!
