Wonderful vacation for family who loves the snow experience

We just ended our family vacation from Club Med BDH, and I would thanks the incredible G.O. team who made our stay absolutely perfect.
From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the level of service across every department was great and it was good to see some of previous G.O from our previous trip this time round as well.
️The hot onsen experience for pure relaxation and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of ski. The kids also enjoy their time there, especially with the playground facility too.
Rental at ski pro shop: Smooth and seamless collection of equipment, particularly thankful to Rosen. He made the process of organizing our equipment for the kids and my spouse incredibly smooth and easy. Everything was handled with efficiency and a consistently positive attitude.
️The wholesome kids' activities by the dedicated G.O.s m! Our children had the time of their lives and were delighted to join the performance night. Specially thanks to Emma for the morning ski lesson, Haha for the kids activities in the evening, and Tatiana, the wonderful GM that showed genuine enthusiasm, and care for the kids, especially when they were fussing around. It was a phenomenal experience for them and love at first sight for the Rumi cosplay in the night. Knowing they were having so much fun in a safe environment allowed us parents to truly relax and enjoy our own time to ski leisurely.
Finally, a huge appreciation for the G.O.s responsible for our stay. Sandy who help to liaise our stay even before our trip started, Becky who handled our check in seamlessly, and Frankie, our old friend from Yabuli who never fail to deliver. The dining experiences were fantastic as usual, and every interaction with the staff, from housekeeping to restaurant servers, was warm and welcoming.
A memorable trip once again thanks to the passion and hard work of the entire G.O. team. I can't wait to come back again to ski once again!
Fun snowboarding trip with experienced instructor Ben!

Recently went to clubmed beidahu at end Nov for a snowboarding trip with my friends! All of us were on diff skill level but it worked out really well cos the resort caters for various skill levels from beginner to advanced!
The main highlight of my trip is learning snowboarding with my instructor Ben! I was a complete beginner and eventually improved and promoted to higher levels thanks to him! Ben teaches in english and was super patient and clear in explaining everything. He ensures everyone in the class is accounted for and goes the extra mile to provide detailed feedback to everyone.
Outside of snowboarding, the general vibe of clubmed was really nice as all the staff were very friendly. We spent our nights at the entertainment area where performances by the staff are held at. We also enjoyed karaoke and table tennis!
Overall it was a really fun and pleasant experience at club med :) will be back!
