One of the best, if not the best resort, I have been.
Every staff is friendly and ready to assist in all ways possible.
A very special shout-out to Chef Asim. My family and I see your deduction to make the best of every ingredient you have into delightful dishes, resulting in every meal a memorable one. I feel bad I do have have a big enough stomach to favor everg dish you designed on the menu.
I wish every staff in Club Med Bintan, great success and continue to make this resort a memorable one for every visitor. Thank you Julien for leading a great team.

The attention to detail was amazing. They was always activities setup for everyone to be involved in. The staff were amazing, always upbeat and attentative. The kids literally did not want to leave. Amazing experience!
The food was amazing so much choice & Azizul ensured we had a family table reserved for bfast, lunch & dinner for the entire 10days which was perfect. Power walks with Clarissa & Ritchie were a great way to start the day & Ritchies step classes were fantastic!
All the staff were helpful & friendly from reception, all the activities, restaurants, housekeeping & the Doc!
Thanks to Rita for looking after us all from the greeting when we arrived until we departed on the mini bus!
We (family of 4) thoroughly enjoyed our recent holiday and are looking forward to coming back sometime soon.
Our trip was perfect due to the friendly staff, especially Shae, Mimi, Azuzal, Ling, Richard, Annie, Hayley, and Kyle. I also want to mention James who entertained us daily with his beautiful voice.
This holiday was perfect for my family, and it is a credit to Julien and his team that such a great culture and environment has been created for guests to enjoy.
I can't wait to plan another Club Med holiday.
Amazing experience for us, can’t think of anything that was notably bad. For my siblings and I, the flying trapeze and indoor circus classes were the best. It was so easy to fly! After one quick safety lesson with the basics, someone gave as a bit of a push and off we went through the air! If you are staying at Club Med Bintan, I highly recommend you give trapeze a try. The food was really good, lots of international flavours and vegetarian/vegan options which is good for me and my parents (my siblings are total carnivores! 😝) The beach and pool were great, perfect for swimming at any time, always warm. There was pretty much always food available in the foyer and everyone was so warm and kind to us, even providing a birthday cake at my dad’s 50th, a card was also delivered, along with an incredible towel elephant! Special thanks to Zan (AKA Mr. Baboon to my younger siblings at the Kids Club.) Daniel (AKA Mr. Apple to my siblings.) and Sandra from the Kids Club and also Sandy and Ally from flying trapeze. My younger sister now jokingly wants to be a G.O at the Club Med Kids Club, combining her two favourite things, teaching and sports. We left with heavy hearts, and I hope to come back ASAP, trust me it is worth the 10 hour flight and ferry ride from dreary old NZ! (Also, if you like critters, there are lots of cheeky monkeys,tiny lizards and quite a few snails too! My siblings loved this.)
