  <p>A cross between Trampolining and Bungee jumping.<br>Participants wear a harness with stretch ropes attached to two poles either side of the trampoline, so you can jump higher and do front and back somersaults in total safety.</p>

  <p>If you love nature, pedal your way to adventure. Hop in the saddle to explore the area on two wheels with your friends or family. Choose a fast or leisurely pace and enjoy a change of scenery on a guided ride over cross-country trails or downhill tracks.</p>

  <p>Enter stage left: it&#39;s time to create and rehearse their own show. Fun with friends is a great way to develop new talents.</p>
